EUAM Iraq, together with the NATO Mission Iraq, co-organisied a workshop on inter-institutional coordination in crisis management.
The workshop brought together high-level representatives from the Office of the National Security Adviser, the Prime Minister’s Operations Centre, the Joint Operations Centre Iraq, the Ministry of Interior, the Ministry of Defence and the Al-Nahrain Center for Strategic Studies to exchange views on best practices for coordinated crisis responses.
International speakers also presented how crisis-management systems function in different countries and share experience based on concrete cases they have handled.
Discussions among participants were particularly rich and fruitful, and bode well for a fruitful collaboration in the period on this key issue.EUAM Iraq remains committed to supporting Iraqi partners in advancing shared approaches that strengthen resilience and enhance public safety.
